WATCH D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) needs you! WATCH D.O.G.S. are fathers, grandfathers, uncles and other father-figures who volunteer at least one day each year at Eagle Ridge Elementary School. The goal of this program is to provide positive male role models for students by demonstrating through their presence that education is important. Also, it provides extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security and reduce bullying.
During the day, WATCH D.O.G.S. may work with students in class, play at recess, patrol the school and actively engage in any assigned activities with not only their own student(s) but others as well.
Information will be shared as it becomes available regarding volunteer opportunities for the 2024-2025 school year.
Begin the process of being a WATCH D.O.G. by completing a KISD volunteer form and criminal background check and email Top Dog, Trey Miller, at watch_dogs@erepta.org.
